Housing Equality Center Files Lawsuit Alleging Fair Housing Violations at Bethlehem Township Condominiums
On July 30, 2014, the Housing Equality Center and the Disability Rights Network of Pennsylvania filed a lawsuit in federal district court against the builders, owners and designers of The Bordeaux Lofts at the Vineyard at Wagner Farms, a 92-unit condominium community in Bethlehem Township.
